John is a Global Operations Executive with over 20 years' international experience in sourcing, supply, and operational transformation. A trusted business leader, he has guided executive boards and senior teams to deliver strategic growth, operational efficiency, and large-scale supply chain performance.
With 35+ years of experience in operations, supply chain and quality, Tony progressed from apprentice to senior leader through dedication and expertise. During 7.5 years at the GPC, his leadership has driven innovation, strengthened operational performance, and embedded a culture of continuous improvement. Tony's commitment ensures every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Rhonda leads our buying function, bringing extensive expertise in sourcing and supplier partnerships. She ensures we work with trusted, responsible suppliers to deliver consistent quality and value across all products.
Adam is a seasoned leader bringing a strategic and commercially astute approach to transformation and governance. With 30+ years of experience across food manufacturing categories and organisations at a director level, he consistently drives and leads improvements in product quality, product safety, technical innovation and regulatory performance.
Rolex leads strategic partnerships and global expansion, driving growth for both business and Customer. With over 15 years in retail, FMCG, and health & beauty - including senior roles at L'Oréal, Alliance Healthcare and No7 Beauty Company - he specialises in data-driven strategy, complex negotiations, and building long-term client value.
Laura has gained valuable experience and knowledge across production, training and compliance during her 10 years at the GPC. Qualified in HACCP, GMP, TACCP, VACCP and Lean Six Sigma, Laura is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement - proven in successfully leading her team through multiple annual audits including BRC Global Standards.
Iche is a partnerships specialist with 15 years of experience across wellness, beauty and non-profit sectors. At the GPC, she manages projects, strengthens customer relationships, and drives cross-functional cooperation across operational, technical and commercial teams. Her people-centred approach ensures that the needs of each customer are treated as uniquely as their brand.
Over 7 years, Cristina progressed from Packer to Technician through her professionalism, positivity and strong work ethic. She demonstrates commitment to quality and innovation, completing professional training in HACCP, Manufacturing Food Safety, Internal Auditor Training and Lean Six Sigma. Cristina's proficiency in Russian and Romanian brings a new set of skills to the team and customers.
Dawn joined us in 2019 as a packer and progressed rapidly to become integral to the Contract Manufacturing team. With a background in business as a florist, she brings creativity to all projects whilst applying strong technical skills. Qualified in HACCP, Manufacturing Food Safety, Lean Six Sigma and Internal Audit Training, Dawn's passion and work ethic enrich the team.
Emilia joined the GPC over 8 years ago and progressed to the role of Technical Assistant and Auditor in 2023. Her industry knowledge and eye for detail has supported several successful audits, including BRC Food Standards and certifications in Organic, Halal and more. Qualified in Food Safety, HACCP, TACCP and VACCP, Emilia's proactive and empathetic approach make her a trusted colleague.
